Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (Aladdin) is a global provider of security solutions that reduce software theft, authenticate network users and protect against unwanted Internet and e-mail-borne content, including spam and viruses. The Company's products are organized into two segments: software digital rights management (DRM) and enterprise security. Its software DRM solutions allow software publishers to avoid software theft and piracy. Aladdin's enterprise security solutions enable organizations to secure their information technology assets by controlling access to their networks and applications (authentication), and what content their users can utilize (content security). The Company's software DRM product line, HASP, offers a solution for the protection, licensing and distribution needs of software publishers. The Company’s enterprise security products consist of eToken and eSafe.
