Are we there yet?
For Oil - as expected Oil found some support and rebounded Throughout 2007, Oil lead the way. A rebound in Oil could easily lead the way again.
For the S&P - not quite. I still believe we need to get to the 938 region. The news from Goldman was a positive. The Interest rate news was postive. Time will tell if it these actions are enough to be a game changer in the longer term.
